Establishing a good rapport with lime producers in order to develop a strong, loyal, dependable and trustworthy supplier, maintain regular communication and by giving timely feedback. A strong communication skill is necessary in order to effectively present a persuasive and captivating client training about La Lime Tahiti, will monitor customer purchase orders, introduce alternatives on how to use our products such as, offering Peruvian food recipes using our limes. This position requires someone who has the knowledge and the familiarity of the different varieties of limes and specifically the Tahiti Limes. Knowledge about the characteristics of Tahiti limes such as, they are generally seedless, it has an extended storage capabilities, they are juicier, larger etc. all these characteristics are necessary in order to effectively sell the products. The Sales Marketing Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for suppliers, customer inquiries, feedback, and issues. May collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. With previous marketing experience, it is required to work closely with the product and service teams to communicate customer insights and contribute to product/service enhancements. This position will have the responsibility to collaborate with other departments, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align customer service efforts with overall business objectives.
